Tafisa® matching HPL, a perfect fit!

Tafisa® decorative panels are available with matching high-pressure laminates. The program is offered exclusively through Tafisa®'s distribution network. To ensure a perfect match and easy ordering, the HPL numerical code is the same as Tafisa®'s TFL decorative panel code. For example, Tafisa®'s decorative panel L543 (A) = Tafisa®'s HPL T543 (AT).

The table below gives the corresponding textures of Tafisa®'s TFL (Decorative Panel) and Tafisa®'s HPL (High-Pressure Laminates). This will help to ensure texture uniformity when using TFL and HPL in combination.

Exclusive Matching High-Pressure Laminate

Rest assured when you specify a Tafisa® matching TFL and HPL. Both processes use the same decors and similar textures, ensuring an almost perfect match sheet to sheet.

HPL panels are manufactured in two steps. The first consists of thermofusing the wear and decorative layers to multiple layers of kraft paper to form a single laminated sheet. Steel press plates are used to create the surface texture. The sheet is then bonded to a substrate (particleboard, MDF or other) by the end-user to create a finished product.
